Privacy Policy

We built Weekly Growth Muscle to share a training program โ€” not to harvest your data. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what is and isn't collected when you visit, how cookies and advertising work, and the choices you have.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Weekly Growth Muscle ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit this website (the "Site"). We've deliberately kept data collection to a minimum, and we've tried to write this in language a normal person can actually read.

Weekly Growth Muscle is an independent fitness-information website. You don't need an account to use it, and we don't ask for your name, address, or payment details. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us voluntarily

The only time you actively send us personal information is when you choose to email us. If you write to contact@serverkakoulabs.org, we receive your email address and whatever you decide to put in your message. We use it only to reply to you.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard technical log data when you load a page โ€” such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, and the date and time of the request. This is used to keep the Site secure and running reliably, and to understand aggregate traffic. It is not used to personally identify you.

3. Your workout log stays on your device

The Site includes a workout log tool. Any sets, reps, or notes you record there are saved using your browser's local storage โ€” a small data store that lives on your own device.

Important: This workout data is never transmitted to us or to any server. We cannot see it, back it up, or recover it. It stays in your browser until you clear it. You can erase it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Because it lives on one device, it won't sync across your phone and computer, and clearing your browser will delete it.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file a website can store in your browser. Local storage (used by the workout log above) is a related technology, but unlike advertising cookies it isn't shared between different websites.

The Site itself does not set first-party tracking or advertising cookies. The essential local storage that powers features like the workout log and your cookie-preference choice is necessary for those features to work. However, third-party services can set cookies โ€” most notably advertising, described next.

5. Advertising and Google AdSense

We are preparing to display advertising on the Site through Google AdSense, a service provided by Google LLC. Once advertising is enabled, the following applies:

For more detail on how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services". Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK, and California), we ask for your consent through our cookie banner before enabling personalized advertising cookies.

6. Analytics

We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent first.

7. Third-party services we rely on

To run the Site we use a small number of reputable providers, each with its own privacy policy:

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share the limited information above with these providers so the Site can function, or when we are legally required to.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

If you are in California (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law โ€” you can limit this using the ad opt-out links in Section 5.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@serverkakoulabs.org and we'll respond as required by law.

9. Data retention

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request. Automatic server logs are retained for a limited period for security and reliability. Your workout-log data is kept in your own browser until you clear it โ€” we hold no copy.

10. Data security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the Site and any information passing through it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International visitors

Our service providers (such as Google and Cloudflare) may process data in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from your own. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed in these locations.

12. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. Its fitness, nutrition, and supplement content is written for healthy adults, and it is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Links to other websites

The Site contains links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and any significant changes will be highlighted on this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

15. Contact us

Questions about this policy or your data? Email contact@serverkakoulabs.org or visit our Contact page. We read every message.
