Why this site exists
Most people who want to get bigger don't fail because they're lazy. They fail because the internet buries a simple truth under a mountain of conflicting advice.
The truth is unglamorous: pick heavy compound lifts, train each muscle group hard about once a week, eat in a genuine calorie surplus, sleep, and repeat for long enough to matter. We built Weekly Growth Muscle to lay that out as an honest, followable 10-week program โ free to read, with no login required โ so you can stop researching and start training.
Train hard
A 4-day split built around the bench press, squat, deadlift, and overhead press โ the lifts that actually move the needle on size and strength.
Eat big
Muscle is built in the kitchen as much as the gym. We cover the surplus, the meals, and the supplements that support recovery.
Recover well
Rest days, sleep, cardio for conditioning, and wellness habits aren't optional extras โ they're where the growth actually happens.
What you'll find here
Everything is organized so you can go from "where do I start?" to a full weekly routine in a few minutes:
- The 10-week program โ the day-by-day split, exercises, sets, and reps.
- Cardio โ conditioning protocols to stay lean and build your engine while you bulk.
- Nutrition โ how to eat for a surplus, structured into practical daily meals.
- Supplements โ what's actually worth considering, and what isn't.
- Wellness โ recovery, sleep, and the habits that keep progress sustainable.
- Workout log โ a private, on-device tracker so you can watch your numbers climb.
Who writes this โ honestly
Time to be straight about the "we" on this site. Weekly Growth Muscle is a personal project run by one dedicated lifter โ not a company, a clinic, or a panel of experts. I train nearly every day, and I spend a lot of my time researching how to train and eat better: reading, watching breakdowns from coaches and athletes, and testing programs on myself before I write up what actually holds up in practice.
I am not a doctor, a dietitian, or a certified personal trainer, and nothing on this site should be treated as professional or medical advice. What I can offer is genuine first-hand experience plus careful research, shared openly so you can make your own informed decisions โ always alongside guidance from qualified professionals who understand your individual situation. The program itself leans on well-established strength principles: progressive overload, compound-first training, real recovery, and eating to support growth. When the honest answer is "it depends" or "ask a professional," I say so.
